MID-YEAR MEETING HIGHLIGHTS
The 2009 Mid-Year Conference was held on May 27, 2009 and hosted for Taft. The conference was well attended. The 2008 Annual Evaluation results were reported and the 2009 Strategic focus was shared. Members enjoyed networking with each other. View photos from this year's event..


JOHN WILLIAMS TO PRESENT CLE SEMINAR AT ANNUAL ABA MEETING
John Mark Williams was recently selected to present at a Continuing Legal Education (CLE)
seminar at the Annual Meeting of the American Bar Association in Chicago, IL. The CLE, put on by
the ABA Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, was designed to help attorneys navigate
through conflict and ethical issues in the area of insurance defense. The CLE examined the
tripartite relationship which is the relationship between a liability insurer, the insured client and
the lawyer retained to represent the insured client. Read full press release.
