join GCMCP requires that your organization commit to our goals and
mission of promoting equal opportunity for the minority attorney.
GCMCP has outlined specific commitments based upon your
organizational structure and they are outlined in our Process
Area.
There
are five signatory membership types:
CORPORATION
Corporate
members agree to identify and implement specific initiatives on an
ongoing basis designed to enhance opportunities for minority
attorneys within their organizations and within those
organizations with which they do business.
INDIVIDUAL
Individual
practitioners agree to identify and implement specific initiatives
on an on-going basis designed to enhance opportunities for
minority attorneys within those organizations with which they do
business.
MAJORITY
OWNED LAW FIRMS
Majority-owned
law firms agree to identify and implement specific initiatives on
an ongoing basis designed to enhance opportunities for minority
attorneys within their organizations and within those
organizations with which they do business.
MINORITY-OWNED
LAW FIRMS
Minority-owned
law firms agree to identify and implement specific initiatives on
an on-going basis designed to enhance opportunities for minority
attorneys within their organizations and within those
organizations with which they do business.
PUBLIC
SECTOR ORGANIZATIONS
Public
sector organizations agree to identify and implement specific
initiatives on an ongoing basis designed to enhance opportunities
for minority attorneys within their organizations and within those
organizations with which they do business.
ASSOCIATE MEMBERS
Entities which provide legal services or expertise which might be
of benefit to the GCMP members and who's focus can further
advance the mission of diversity and inclusion.
